Taking on a building project may appear to be a daunting one but by engaging with our architectural service we will make it a stress free and pleasurable experience.
- Initial complimentary on site or office meeting.
- You provide us with a wish list of items, spaces, functions & construction budget for the project which helps us to advise you on it's feasibility.
- If the project is an existing building to have alterations or additions we carefully measure & document the building to produce accurate as built drawings.
- Zoning land use rules are reviewed and applied to your project. You are then advised concerning the feasibly of your project.
- We translate your needs into a preliminary design for your review and revise as needed until you are completley satisfied.
- Once preliminary design is approved by you we finalize the design for your final approval.
- Comprehensive construction documents are then produced in order to obtain accurate contractor bids & the building permit. We can also help you find reputable contractors.
- At your request we can observe the construction process as to its compliance with the construction documents
